Slow Stitching Activity

SLOW STITCHING ACTIVITY ON HOY, FLOTTA & GRAEMSAY

You’re invited to come along & join in.  This is an adults craft activity.

Slow stitching is a calming, mindful process.  It’s all about slowing down & letting any stress melt away as you quietly stitch.

It is very easy to do.

You do not need to be arty-crafty or be any good at sewing!  If you are not sure, you can come along & just watch others stitching. No previous experience is needed.

We will let you have a little kit of materials to work with, free of charge.

There is no charge to take part.

You will take home a greeting card of your own design & handiwork.

You may find this process is quite therapeutic & will want to keep on stitching at home!
